Here’s what I know about Ricer: They’re a three-piece. They’re from Atlanta. And they have a record out called #2s that you can pick up on Amazon. Other than that, I only know this song. This nasty, snarling little beast of a song won’t leave me alone. The more I ignore it, the more it keeps spitting in my face. I didn’t think much of it at first—there’s an almost amateurish quality to the recording that threw me off. But that raw, disheveled sound is just part of the trio’s brash, brass-knuckled charm. If you’ve ever doubted the power of loud, abrasive guitars and a snotty, don’t-give-a-fuck attitude, crank this bad bitch up and let it smack you around a bit. You can thank me later.
