Things have been pretty quiet in the Death On Two Wheels camp for quite some time now; with the exception of an occasional Twitter or Facebook post, the band has kept any future plans under wraps. But as it turns out the group has spent the past several months locked away writing and demoing new songs. Next month, they will enter the studio to begin recording their second album, which will be released via Favorite Gentlemen. Before doing so, however, they wanted to test out some of the new material, play a few shows, and let their fans get a glimpse into the writing and recording process. In order to help accomplish some of these goals, Death On Two Wheels put together this badass video of them performing a new track called “Hey Amariah” live at FG Studios.
As for those of you who would much prefer seeing the band in the flesh — you’re in luck. The group has announced they are a last minute addition to tonight’s killer show at the Masquerade headlined by the Weeks, and which also features fellow Favorite Gentlemen brethren Junior Astronomers, A: The Color and Big Jesus. Doors open at 6pm. $7 gets you in, $5 if you RSVP via Facebook.
