So apparently Comcast has a show called Bands on Demand where they interview local bands and tape in-studio performances of their songs. I’m not really sure how often the show runs or how many episodes they have since I ditched that shitty company and their awful customer service years ago. Still, I have to admit this Bands on Demand thing seems to be promising and the episodes appear to be well-produced. You can even check out a bunch of them on the show’s YouTube channel, including this one posted just yesterday, which features Young Orchids performing a spellbinding version of “Wipeout,” the first single from their upcoming full-length, Afterglow, due out March 25th.
